SNUGL was established in 2017 when the co-founder and inventor, Luke, returned to the UK after a year of global travels. As a world traveler, Luke had tried every travel pillow imaginable, only to be constantly disappointed and plagued by neck aches. Comfortable travel felt out of reach, but Luke realized he would have to create the solution himself - and from this, SNUGL was born.

Quality is of the utmost importance in every aspect of our products, from design and materials to production and the finished piece. Our standards are the highest in the market, and we spend more so our clients can feel the difference. The memory foam in each of our products was originally developed for NASA and provides unmatched support and comfort. Every design comes from our in-house innovation team in Cardiff, Wales, where we research, test, develop, and test again to ensure every product is of great quality, long-lasting, and comfortable.

As a small, family-owned business, we strive to provide a stress-free shopping experience for our customers. Our lovely Amy ensures that every inquiry is responded to within an hour, seven days a week. We are so proud of our products and designs that we stand by them – if our customers are unhappy with the product, we have a 60-day return policy, no questions asked.
